23/30: Samuel Ace

Writer: Anna BinkovitzAnna Binkovitz

Today's gem is "We were climbing up" by Samuel Ace: https://www.tsqnow.online/post/we-were-climbing-up

Nature feels like such an apt way to write about inevitabilities. And threat that is beautiful. And so many things – hell there's a reason we have an entire pastoral subgenre of poems right?

Today spend some time in nature. Write a hike, a swim, a mountain just out of eyesight from your window. Bonus points if you can include an inevitability in the poem.
